Stream setup using NLE on Niconico
Objective
Recreate the stream environment I had before using NLE instead of XSplit

Set as default playback device
read by NLE as Stereo Mix
Handles delayed PVR audio and Yeti mic
I can't hear this audio, for stream only

playback to VAC line 1 via Windows Mixer

read by NLE as a microphone
Bouyomichan is set to play on this device
